Is an account necessary for placing an order?

No, you can order as a guest, however, having
an Akemi Organics account will

enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters,

storing your billing/shipping information, and ensuring faster checkouts.

How do I make an account?

To access your Akemi Organics Portal, start by clicking on
the user icon at the top of the page. This action will take you to a page where you'll be prompted to enter your email address. After providing your email, you will receive a verification code in your inbox. Simply enter this code on the
page, and you will be directed to your Akemi Organics Portal. Within your portal, you'll have access to your personal details and can view all your order information.

What if I forget my password?

Thanks to our new customer account system with enhanced
security measures, forgetting your password is no longer a concern. If you happen to log out from the store, all you need to do is follow the same steps you took during the initial login process to regain access.

How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?

Navigate to the account portal, click on the user icon, and select the "Edit Details" option. Here, you can access and manage your account details.

How can I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping

cart, follow these instructions:

To order as a guest:

1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to Checkout.

2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information.

3. Click on ‘Continue to Payment Method’ and choose your method. Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary.

To order with an Akemi Organics account:

1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to Checkout.

2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information.

3. Click on ‘Continue to Payment
Method’ and choose your method.

4. Click on ‘Complete Order’ and
check your email for a Sales Order Summary.

What if I don’t get an e-receipt of my order?

Sales Order Summary is an e-receipt that will be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you haven’t received it, check your junk/spam folder and if it’s still not there, call Customer Service at +92 370 010 2010 or email us atinfo@akemiorganics.com

What if I found any discrepancy in my order/product?

First, we’ll try to arrange the same article for you depending on the availability on the website, otherwise. In case of article discrepancy, we offer 7 days Exchange Policy.

Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?

No, it can only be reserved after you confirm your order at checkout.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email. You can log on to Courier Partner’s websites, enter your tracking ID, and track your order.
