For eligible claims, refunds will be provided in the form of coupons equal to the item's value, redeemable exclusively on our online store, and these coupons will remain valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Akemi offers you the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it's processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount and your unique order tracking ID.

Please be aware that Akemi reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, which may include but are not limited to the following situations:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Pricing errors have occurred.
  • The Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT) payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
